About Our CEO

Will Metts is the Founder and CEO of Metts Consulting Enterprise LLC, a firm dedicated to driving business growth for public sector corporations and enhancing missions for government clients. With over 30 years of distinguished service in the United States Navy, retiring as a Rear Admiral, and subsequent leadership roles in the defense industry, Mr. Metts brings unparalleled expertise in strategy development, cyber security, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
During his naval career, Mr. Metts held pivotal positions, including Director for Intelligence at the United States Indo-Pacific Command and the United States Cyber Command, as well as Deputy Director of Tailored Access Operations at the National Security Agency. Transitioning to the private sector, he served as Director of Strategy for Northrop Grumman Corporation’s Mission Systems Sector and as a National Security/DoD Leader at Amazon Web Services.
Mr. Metts holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronics Engineering Technology from Savannah State University. He earned a Master of Science in Systems Technology (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College. Further enhancing his executive acumen, he completed the Senior Executive Fellows Program at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government.
His professional affiliations include serving as a Center for Strategic and International Studies Strategy and Statecraft Fellow and non-resident Senior Associate, Advisory Board for George Mason University’s C5I Center, the Executive Committee of the Fort Meade Alliance, and the Technical Advisory Board for Maryland’s Technology Advancement Center. Additionally, he
contributes to the community as a Board Member for Cornerstones, an organization focused on stability and empowerment.
